OmnixNova uses only essential cookies — the minimum necessary to provide the service. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies on the OmnixNova platform (app.omnixnova.com).

These cookies are necessary for the platform to function and cannot be disabled. Session cookie: Keeps you logged in during your session. Auth token: Authenticates your account securely. CSRF token: Protects against cross-site request forgery attacks. Preference cookie: Remembers your active brand and UI preferences. These cookies are deleted when you close your browser or within 7 days.
4. OmnixNova Retargeting Script
If you install the OmnixNova tracking script on your own website (for the Behavior Retargeting feature), that script uses a session cookie on YOUR website — not on ours. You are responsible for disclosing this in your own cookie policy and obtaining visitor consent before the script activates. OmnixNova provides a consent-gated script that only fires after visitor consent.
5. Marketing Website (omnixnova.com)
Our marketing website (omnixnova.com) currently uses only essential cookies. If we add analytics or marketing tracking in the future, we will update this policy and display a cookie consent banner before any tracking begins. We will notify registered users by email of any such change.
6. Third-Party Cookies
The OmnixNova platform does not load third-party tracking scripts. When you connect third-party integrations (Amazon, WhatsApp, Shiprocket), those services may set their own cookies governed by their own cookie policies. We have no control over third-party cookies.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, session and authentication cookies used for providing a service do not require separate consent as they are necessary for the service delivery. We rely on this basis for our essential cookies. Any future analytics or tracking cookies will require explicit consent.
