Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Plans
OmnixNova offers monthly and annual subscription plans. All plans include a free trial period. Paid subscriptions begin only after the trial period ends or when you choose to upgrade. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of GST at 18%.
2. Free Trial
All new accounts start with a free trial. No credit card is required during the trial. You can cancel at any time during the trial without any charge. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged for the first billing period.
3. Monthly Subscriptions — Cancellation
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by emailing hello@omnixnova.com with your registered email address and cancellation request. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to all features until the end of the period you have paid for. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in the current billing period.
4. Annual Subscriptions — Cancellation
Annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. If you cancel within 30 days of your annual subscription start date, you will receive a prorated refund for the unused months. After 30 days, no refund is issued but you retain access until the end of the annual period. To request a refund on an annual plan within the 30-day window, contact: hello@omnixnova.com
5. Refund Policy
Monthly plans: No refunds. You can cancel to prevent future charges. Annual plans (within 30 days): Prorated refund for unused months. Annual plans (after 30 days): No refund, access retained until period end. Managed services: Refund terms are specified in your individual service agreement. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
6. Billing Errors
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, contact hello@omnixnova.com within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate and resolve genuine billing errors promptly. This includes duplicate charges and charges after a confirmed cancellation. OmnixNova reserves the right to assess each case individually and determine the appropriate resolution.
7. How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription, email hello@omnixnova.com with your registered email address and your cancellation request. We will confirm cancellation within 24 hours on business days. Cancellation stops future charges but does not delete your data immediately — your data is retained for 30 days after the subscription ends, during which you can export it from Settings → Privacy → Export Data.
8. Data After Cancellation
After cancellation, your account enters a read-only mode for 30 days. During this period you can export your data from Settings → Privacy → Export Data. After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted per our data retention policy. If you resubscribe within 30 days, your data is fully restored.
9. Managed Services
Managed service engagements are governed by separate service agreements. Cancellation terms for managed services are specified in your individual agreement. Generally, managed services require 30 days written notice to cancel. Please refer to your service agreement or contact hello@omnixnova.com for details.
10. Price Changes
OmnixNova reserves the right to change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Price changes take effect at your next renewal date. You will be notified by email before any price change affects your subscription. If you do not agree with the new price, you may cancel before the change takes effect.
11. GST and Invoices
GST at 18% is applicable on all paid subscriptions as per Indian tax regulations. For GST invoices or billing receipts, contact hello@omnixnova.com with your GSTIN and billing details. We will provide the necessary documentation within 48 hours on business days.
